At this time, we can accept returns for a refund on some items, in accordance with our standard Return Policy: https://habitathaven.com/pages/return-policy

Please note, custom items are not eligible for return.

This policy is due to the nature of our products, which are made to order and fabricated by hand in our Michigan facility.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange an eligible item, we would simply process a return of the item you'd like to exchange and ask that you place a new order for the desired item.
