Shipping to the USA

All of our Pre-Designed Catio kits ship free! In addition, any order over $999+ qualifies for free shipping as well. Our free shipping promotion is offered to shipping addresses in the continental United States ONLY.

Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or other US Territories should contact us by phone or email for significantly discounted shipping rates on items that qualify for free shipping to the continental USA.

Shipping to the Canada, United Kingdon, Europe, and Beyond

Habitat Haven is located in Michigan, USA. But, that doesn't mean we can't help you if you reside outside the United States! We ship to countries outside the USA on a regular basis and we can help! 

We do not accept online orders for shipping to countries outside the USA as shipping to other countries is a very complex and difficult process to quote properly without detailed information about your order and location. Not to worry! We are happy to help you by phone or email instead for subsidized shipping rates. Please contact us for assistance!

Extra time is required for paperwork and packing to ship across country borders. For backorders or other unforeseen issues, there may be a delay in order shipping time.
